When we started our company back in 2007 we had just moved back to Manitoba from Alberta. We chose to move home to be closer to our families and to provide our children with the type of prairie upbringing that we benefited from. At that time, we had both worked in the furnace and duct cleaning industry for 10 years and we knew that Brandon, and the surrounding communities, would benefit from the experience we had gained working in the Edmonton market. From the beginning, our commitment was to put quality at the center of everything we did.

Now

15 years later, quality is still our number one priority, and we continue to see evidence of how this commitment has benefited our customers and our company. We are proud of the reputation we have, of being a company worth hiring. For us, the best compliment we can receive is when our customers refer us to their family and friends and then hire us a second, third and fourth time! It’s confirmation that the emphasis we place on quality is hitting its mark.
 
In 2021 we became a multi-generation, family-run business, when our son decided to take an active role in learning the duct cleaning trade from his dad. With over 25 years experience, Derek has a tremendous amount of knowledge to pass on to Zack, and we consider ourselves fortunate to work alongside the next generation, instilling the importance of quality, commitment, and customer service to ensure we are able to provide an elevated level of service to our customers for years to come.

Meet the All Seasons Team

Derek

Dedicating over 25 years to any one thing, in particular any one job, is quite remarkable and we consider Derek’s knowledge of the duct cleaning industry and of HVAC systems (residential and commercial) our most valuable asset – one that is difficult to replicate. It allows us to take on large projects with confidence and smaller jobs with ease. Derek is responsible for all our commercial estimates and oversees their completion. He works to ensure that all residential service levels are being met – personally and as the quality assurance manager. His favorite part of the job is chatting with customers, especially those that have been with us since the beginning.

Jaycee

Jaycee is responsible for keeping us in motion… literally. She is responsible for all of our scheduling, and is the first point of contact for all of our customers. Whether you contact us by phone, email, text, or messenger you can count on receiving accurate information in a timely and friendly manner. Often referred to as “management” around the office, she ensures that exceptional customer service is the benchmark for every interaction, allowing us to consistently exceed the expectations of our customers. Her favorite part of the job is instilling confidence in our customers and their decision to hire us.

Zack

Although Zack is the newest member of our team, you can count on him to provide the same level of customer service as any other team member. Growing up around the business he understands the importance of doing things right the first time, and he has demonstrated that, time and again, by taking ownership of his professional development, stepping up and proving his competence as a cleaning technician, and also knowing when to ask for assistance if faced with a new or challenging situation. He is friendly and professional, and takes the time necessary to complete every job to the highest standard. His favorite part of the job is discovering old and unique things inside people’s ductwork.

Ava

Ava does not intend to join the family business, but we love her anyway!
