Not all furnace & duct cleaning companies are the same, so how do you know you are paying for quality work to be done? Like any other purchase you would make, never make assumptions and ask lots of questions. Get a dedicated professional with the best equipment for the best results.

What type of equipment do you use?

At All Seasons Furnace & Duct Cleaning, we use a “state of the art” truck mounted vac-unit, that is custom made to clean HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems. Our vac-truck moves 300 cubic feet of air per second, which allows us to remove debris that a smaller, portable unit would be unable to remove. In conjunction with our vac-truck we use the Powerwhip & Rotor Cleaning method that allow us to scrub every inch of your ductwork.

How is my duct system going to be cleaned?

Air pressure alone does not effectively clean ductwork. That’s why we use a combination of agitation, air pressure, and suction when cleaning residential ductwork. Our Powerwhip and Rotor Cleaning method (watch it in action here) uses physical contact to scrub the inside of your ductwork and removes dirt that is attached to the sides of your pipes. Once it’s removed, we use air pressure to give the dirt direction and control where it goes. And it is sent to the center of your duct system where our vac-truck grabs it and removes it from your home. In addition to your ductwork, we also clean the other components of your heating system; furnace, fans, air conditioning evaporator coils, heat exchangers and dampers. If a contaminated component is not cleaned, the entire system could be re-contaminated, negating any potential benefit.

Who is going to do the work and are they qualified?

The equipment you have and the cleaning methods you use are only as effective as the technician using them. Although there is no trade certificate offered for furnace and duct cleaning, you want to make sure that the technician taking your furnace apart, cleaning your HVAC system and putting it back together has the experience to do the job properly. Because All Seasons Furnace & Duct Cleaning is an owner operated company all of the work that we do is overseen by the owner. We have over 23 years of experience in the industry and have cleaned a vast array of facilities, from 30,000 seat arenas to 150-year-old churches.

How much should this work cost me?

Like most things in life, you get what you pay for, but if a company is worth hiring they should be able to tell you, up front, how much they charge. If they can’t give you a firm price, be prepared for surprises when you go to pay the bill.

We charge a flat rate, based on how many furnaces you have in your home. Our prices vary slightly throughout the year, but we can tell you, up front, what your bill will be before we ever set foot in you home. Call us today to discuss.
